Patryk Zalewski
Patryk is one of the newest attorneys in our office. What he lacks in the years of experience of other attorneys, he makes up through his willingness and desire to get the best results for his clients, representing them in New York courts at both the state and appellate levels.
Patryk's primary focus is defending claims involving insurance coverage disputes, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, New York Labor Law, breach of contract, property damage, and school negligence. Whether it is drafting legal documents or advocating for clients in the courtroom, Patryk brings an unparalleled level of preparedness to ensure that carrier and client needs are being met.
He prides himself on his legal writing, spending much of his early legal career drafting countless motions, and arguing same throughout courts in New York State. His attention to even the smallest of details is especially beneficial when conducting legal research on very specific issues. And when it is time to proofread, his colleagues know that his background in English literature is sure to help.
Patryk studied English literature to earn his B.A. from Seton Hall University before continuing his studies on his way to earn a J.D. at New York Law School. While in college, Patryk played club soccer and was an active member of the Alpha Phi Omega service fraternity.
In his free time, Patryk enjoys watching sports and spending time with his family and friends, especially on the pickleball courts. For him, getting results for his clients while being surrounded by an experienced and collaborative trial team are the parts of the job he enjoys the most.
