Eric M. Valentin graduated from New York Law School, where he was a member of the Dean's list and highly sought after, Criminal Defense Clinic. After law school, he gained invaluable courtroom experience as a prosecutor in the Bronx County District Attorney's and Orange County District Attorney's Offices for over a decade. While in the Bronx he tried a wide range of cases from minor misdemeanors to serious felonies including murder, and argued before the Appellate Division. In the Orange County District Attorney's Office, Eric handled hundreds of cases while traveling throughout the County obtaining experience outside of New York City.

Eric brings to the firm his tremendous litigation experience as well as his proficiency to negotiate successfully with plaintiff firms. He is known as a fierce negotiator while also having the ability to advise his clients when to fight. He has conducted countless depositions with the knowledge and expertise to get the truth from those testifying.

Eric's ability to break down complicated matters, thoroughly evaluate cases, and timely report on matters has made him a vital part of firm. His litigation skills and eye for detail enable him to see things that many others miss. Eric is driven by his passion to always protect his clients.
